I’m afraid I’ll lose the faith.
I’m not worried about tomorrow; or next week or month; or next year; or even 5 yrs from now. I’m afraid that 15, 20, 30 yrs from now I’ll run out of energy. I’m afraid I’ll get tired of fighting for truth. I’m afraid I’ll lose the zeal to preach the Word. I’m afraid I’ll lose my burden for the souls of men. I’m afraid the burden of ministry will become more than I can handle.
I’m afraid I’ll simply run out of steam.

Dear Brother...
Phillipians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
2Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Claim It Use IT against the evil one!
Blessings and Peace,
John
Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself, Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
In other words "One Day At A Time"! God is Faithful! God is Good! He Loves You! In Him, Carla
That is a very legitimate fear Aaron - I've wondered already if I haven't already lost the faith - in fact to the point where I don't even care how many people say "aha - I knew it" when they read this comment - you see - I think a lot of our so called "faith" is just a naiveté assumption of years of silly speculations – and thus – if we’re “growing” in favor and knowledge of the True Existing Superpower – we’ll be “growing” not just “keeping” or “maintaining” – we’ll be “shedding” some of the baloney that self important prophets and assemblies over the past 2,000 years have turned into so called “facts of our faith” that must be “kept” and growing in a true “walking in the Spirit” type of organic growth demonstrated by undeniable “fruit” rather than supported by questionable theories that contradict and never really can be traced to any real fruit and I’m beginning to fear that twenty or thirty words from now I may need to introduce a small dot. Don’t just “keep”. Grow.
...ask and you shall receive... Matt 21:22
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isa 40:31
Take one day at a time and leave future in God's hand.
Yeah, me, too, but you can't go there. Tomorrow isn't yours--only today is.
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own MT 6:34
